Location: New Delhi, Bihar, Madhya Pradesh and Jharkhand

Job Description:
Heynix is on the lookout for an enthusiastic and driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will spearhead the promotion and sales of Heynix’s wide array of LED bulbs and electric home appliances to both wholesale and retail outlets within your designated territory. Reporting to the Territory Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding Heynix’s market presence and driving significant sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with wholesale and retail partners within your assigned territory Manager.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities by actively engaging potential customers and promoting Heynix products.
  • Conduct compelling product presentations and demonstrations to highlight the unique features and advantages of Heynix LED bulbs and electric home appliances.
  • Skillfully negotiate pricing and terms to secure orders and meet ambitious sales targets.
  • Provide regular and accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to execute targeted promotional campaigns and initiatives aimed at enhancing brand visibility and driving sales.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, monitor competitor activities, and analyze market dynamics to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in sales, preferably within the electrical or lighting industry.
  • Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, coupled with the ability to forge strong customer relationships.
  • Results-driven mindset with a demonstrated history of achieving or surpassing sales objectives.
  • Outstanding organizational abilities and a keen sense of time management.
  • Self-motivated and proactive approach to sales, with a willingness to go the extra mile.
  • Possession of a valid driver’s license and readiness to travel within the designated territory.
